   Step 1: Pour beer into a tall glass.

   Pour about the same amount as would fit into a shot glass.

   Step 2: Pour one shot of sake into the shot glass.

   Whether or not you warm it or chill it first is personal preference.
   
   You might like to experiment to work out which you prefer. , Where the chopsticks sit over the center of the glass, the distance should be narrow enough to balance the shot glass in place. ,

   Step 3: Place two chopsticks parallel

   Step 4: moving out slightly to an elongated V shape on top of the tall glass.

   Step 5: Place the shot glass with sake on the chopsticks in the center over the tall glass.
