Step 1: Preheat oven to 170ºC/150ºC fan forced.
Grease 26 centimeter (10.2 in) x 32 centimeter (12.6 in) Swiss roll pan; line the bottom and two long sides with baking paper. -
Step 2: Combine oats
,, Add soda to the butter mixture (it will froth & bubble) , Spoon mixture evenly into pan, then press down on the slice with your hands until flat. ,, Turn slice out of pan, remove baking paper, then cut slice into pieces while still warm. -
