    Wash it out well and allow it to dry thoroughly.
  2. Step 2: Cut out two wings or flippers from black construction paper.

    Cut two eye sized circles too.

    Snip the remainder of the black construction paper into a square shape., Cut a triangle and two webbed feet shapes from some orange paper.

    Draw on it if you like. , Glue the feet to the flat bottom part. , Admire your penguin and enjoy! ,
