Use cold water to remove all of the excess goop mixed with the seeds , Make sure they are equally spread apart so that they can roast evenly. , It's best to use your hand to sprinkle the spices around instead of sifting the bowl onto the seeds. , About every 5 minutes, remove the seeds and flip them over with a spatula and place them back in the oven.
Remove the seeds once they are a light- medium shade of brown ,,, -
