Step 1: Make a coarse paste of garlic
Mix with coriander leaves, gram flour, water, turmeric, salt, asafoetida, sesame seeds and carom seeds., Cook on low, stirring it continuously until the mixture dries up., Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low for the next 4-5 min., Spread the mixture across the dish by pressing it with your hands or a spoon gently from all sides., Then cut it into small square or diamond shapes., Keep going until they are brown and crisp.
If you are shallow frying, then heat a little oil in pan and fry the pieces along with sesame seeds, until crisp and brown. ,, Offer some tomato ketchup on the side.
You can also serve it for snack with date and tamarind chutney or green chutney. -
