How to Print 4 Pages per Sheet

Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Locate the PDF.

   Navigate to a PDF file you wish to print and right-click on it.

   Step 2: Right click the file.

   Select “Open with…” , Click "Adobe Reader" or "Acrobat."
   
   Choose and click "Print" from the options. , A Page Scaling pop-up menu will appear. , This will be located in the Page Scaling/Handling menu. , This option will be in a drop down menu next to "Pages per sheet."
   
   You can choose between the following:
   Horizontal Horizontal Reversed Vertical Vertical Reversed , Click on "Okay" or "Print" when you’ve finalized all the options.

   Step 3: Choose program.

   Step 5: Choose "Multiple Pages per Sheet."

   Step 6: Click on the "Pages Per Sheet" menu.

   Step 7: Select how many pages you want fitted into a sheet.

   Step 8: Choose your desired "Page Order" in the menu below.

   Step 9: Print your document.
