How to Quote on WhatsApp

  1. Step 1: Open WhatsApp.

    It's a green app with a white phone icon.

    If you haven't yet set up WhatsApp, do so before continuing.
  2. Step 2: Tap the Chats tab.

    You'll see this at the bottom of the screen.

    If WhatsApp opens to a conversation, tap the "Back" button in the top-left corner of the screen to view the Chats page. , This should be a conversation in which a recipient sent a comment you wish to quote. , After a moment, you'll see a row of options pop up above the message. , This will bring up a text field in which you may type your response. , You can tap the "Send" arrow to the right of the text field when you're done to send both the quote and your reply to the recipient.
