Wash your hair, exfoliate your body, lather up, shave, whatever you need to do! Also, if you are very tired and you don't want to sleep, cold water will help you perk up a little. , Get a natural body lotion (or just a sweet smelling one) and apply it to your body.
Make sure to get the really dry areas such as you feet, elbow and knees. ,,, Some good snacks are apples and peanut butter, crackers, cheese, granola bars, carrots, or raisins. ,, If you like Twilight or Harry Potter, this probably isn't the best time to watch it. , -
