How to Restore Default Settings in CCleaner

Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Launch CCleaner.

   Double-click the shortcut icon on your desktop or search the list of installed programs in your computer.

   Step 2: Click on "Options."

   This looks like a gear icon is located on the left side of the window. , This should be the last option on the left.
   
   You will be shown the advance options of CCleaner. , A window will pop up asking for confirmation.
   
   Click on "Yes" to proceed. , CCleaner will ask if you want to scan and keep frequently used cookies.
   
   You can select "Yes," as recommended.
   
   If you don’t wish to keep any cookies at all, just choose "No."
   
   CCleaner’s window will close and reopen with the default settings.
