  1. Step 1: Get anything that you made need.

    (Books, Snacks, etc.) Make sure you have this in your room, where you can easily get it.
  2. Step 2: In the evening

    Try to take it early enough that you will wake up
    -- Don't decide you want to take a nap at 7pm! At the latest, try to fall asleep at 6pm, or you can do it in the middle of the day.

    The best time would be anywhere between 11am and 6pm.

    You do not have to do this, but it really helps a lot. , Do not rush into bed, or you might as well tell your parents, "Hey, I am going to stay up all night tonight, and do things I shouldn't be doing! Oh, and please do not take the candy I have hidden under my bed!" Total Giveaway. ,,,
