  1. Step 1: Try these ingredients for the perfect bath to help get rid of any negative or angry thoughts.

    A warm bath (not too hot) Epsom salts, or bath salts (you can find these at Bath and Body Works, Target, Bed, Bath and Beyond, etc.

    Mix in some herbs.

    Scientific studies show that  herbs such as basil, lavender, peppermint, rosemary, sage and cinnamon, can decrease any feelings of anger.
  2. Step 2: After you get in the tub

    Close your eyes and turn on the jets if your bathtub has them.  Or, if you want, watch cartoons, a happy TV/Movie, or read a book.  Do anything that might distract your mind of your angry thoughts.  Recommended bathing time: 45 minutes
  3. Step 3: relax.
