How to Take Screenshots With OneNote
Open Microsoft OneNote., Your previous screen will pop up., OneNote will reappear and show the section you just clipped.

Step 1: Open Microsoft OneNote.
The startup page has a bar of tabs at the top.
Select "Insert" and then "Screen Clipping." -
Step 2: Your previous screen will pop up.
The screen will look hazy and cross bars will appear.
You can choose to take a screenshot of the entire page or just crop out a section of it.
Use the cross bars to enclose the area you want to clip, and then release the mouse. , From there, you can CTRL-V to paste the screenshot into your email or Word document or wherever you plan on using it.
You can right-click on the clipping to save it to a different location.
Click on the corner of the image to drag and resize it.
The image will be stored in OneNote in a side bar in case you need to use it again. -
