Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Download and install Easy VCD (freeware) or similar DVD to MPG software package.
This will take a few hours to encode. , You could also use many other software titles such as Quicktime Pro ($30), or Xilisoft Video Converter ($35). , Now select the mpg file Easy VCD created (the default is in the C: drive). , This usually takes about an hour. ,,,, It may take a moment to load. , A full-length movie will take about 3 minutes to load. -
Step 2: Load your DVD into your computer's DVD-ROM or DVD-R/W drive.

Step 3: Run Easy VCD

Step 4: and select Lowest Quality (Very Fast) under Encoding Quality

Step 5: Click RIP IT

Step 6: sit back and relax.

Step 7: download Nokia Multimedia Converter 2.0 (freeware

Step 8: although you must sign up for an account

Step 9: download the software

Step 10: and request a serial key which is emailed to you).

Step 11: Open Nokia Multimedia Converter 2.0 and click File > Open.

Step 12: Click Convert and wait some more.

Step 14: click File > Save and save the file to your desktop.

Step 15: Now you can put the Transflash/MiniSD into it's adapter

Step 16: then insert it into your computer's SD card reader.

Step 17: Go to the My_Flix folder (or similar) on the card

Step 18: and drag the .3pg file on your desktop (from Nokia Multimedia Converter 2.0) into that folder.

Step 19: Go ahead and put the card in your phone

Step 20: power up

Step 21: and go to the "My Flix" menu.

Step 22: Now select your movie from the menu.
