Once the pop. gets to about 140-150 click "Unskilled Labor" until you have six of these. , Try to put it in a clearing, but still next to the forest.,, Click on it.,,,, This is best done when you have 3 warehouses, but can be done with
2., Do this until it says everything is either superb or above average.,, Or build a Heavy Industry plant, build Heavy Machinery, and build a Nuclear Plant.,,,, You have to constantly check up and build new towers., The more the better., Most people do two, and you want to make each of them able to accommodate at least 40 people., If you have enough money or Wood, build two., Keep it small for now., Build more.

Step 11: you have to have two to three warehouses full of wood and the resulting waste.

Step 13: Improve the town.

Step 14: The next step can go two ways

Step 15: If your island has coal and/or iron deposits

Step 16: build a Power plant.

Step 17: If your island does not have coal or iron

Step 18: build a wind plant.

Step 19: Now improve and wait until your town becomes a city.

Step 20: If you have a Nuclear or Power Plant

Step 21: you don't need to worry if you have enough mines.

Step 22: If you have a wind plant

Step 23: you need to worry.

Step 24: Now build a Tourist trap.

Step 25: Build a Hotel.

Step 26: Now build a Ferry port.

Step 27: Build an Airport.

Step 28: By now Your Logging Camps may have closed.

Step 29: Look around in the Ocean.

Step 30: If the last step followed through

Step 31: Build a pump station.

Step 32: Go to your warehouses

Step 33: click on "Oil" until it's at the desired amount.

Step 34: When they're full

Step 35: Feel free to click on "export" for your Pump Station.

Step 36: Build 3-4 more medium sized hotels.

Step 37: Upgrade your Airport.

Step 38: Remember to stock up on coal/iron/steel.

Step 39: Build a Chemical plant

Step 40: switch it to "Plastic".

Step 41: Stock up on it.

Step 42: If you have coal and iron

Step 43: build Mfg and Hi-tech plants.

Step 44: Switch jobs as necessary for your (hopefully) booming city.

Step 45: Check the logging camps.

Step 46: Check the hotels.

Step 47: See if your Power Plant has degraded.
