Step 1: First check your preferences to see if there is an option to turn on navigation popups.
It should be under 'gadgets'. -
Step 2: If not then you will need to locate your user javascript page for that wiki.
If you are using the 'new look' then it will have the address: http://Yourwikisname/wiki/User:
Yourusername/wikia.js ,, Internet Explorer: hold down the Ctrl key and click the Refresh or Reload button, or press Ctrl+F5.
Firefox: hold down the Shift key while clicking Reload; alternatively press Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl-Shift-R.
Opera users have to clear their caches through Tools→Preferences Konqueror and Safari users can just click the Reload button.
Chrome: press Ctrl+F5 or Shift+F5 , Pay special attention to popupMaxPreviewCharacters, popupPreviewFirstParOnly and popupMaxPreviewSentences. -
Step 3: add the following line: $.getScript("https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Lupin/popups.js&action=raw&ctype=text/javascript");
