    You can create an account at Photobucket or Imageshack, or any other image hosting site for free.

    You can't have it on your computer & expect it to work from there; no one can see things on your hard drive (the reason why it needs to be online for someone else to view).
  2. Step 2: Get the HTML image URL of the picture.

    If you are using Photobucket, you'll have options (URL, HTML, and ezCode)
    - use the HTML selection.
