Step 1: Navigate to the Adobe folder and create a plugin folder.
Do it in the main Adobe folder so that you will be able to use it for any other Adobe programs that you use more easily. -
Step 2: Download your filter (or filters) that you want to add to Elements.
Most filters are zipped, so be sure that you have a program for unzipping them. , Choose the location that you want to extract it to.
This will be your Adobe Plugins folder. ,, You will get a dialog screen where you can navigate to your Plugins folder that you created before. ,, -
Step 3: Extract your plugin.
