Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Open up Photoshop.

    If you don’t have it already, you can download Adobe Photoshop CS5.
  2. Step 2:  Choose the two photos that you want from Google or your desktop.

    (Screenshotting the photos will give you a clear photo- Command >Shift >4). , It will appear on Photoshop. , Write 500% on the small box where it’ll zoom into the photo. , Keep putting a point around the person until the figure has an outline covering all the edges.

    Make sure not to put points inside the person; you only want the figure, not the background. , Left click on the photo, and click on “Create Vector Mask” which will delete the background. , Move the whole tab of the photo onto the desktop and open up the background picture on Photoshop. ,, Click the “Move Tool”, then click on “Normal” on the Layers box. ,
  3. Step 3: Go back to Photoshop

  4. Step 4: click “Open” on the top and choose the screenshot of the person.

  5. Step 5: Click on “Window” on the top

  6. Step 6: then click on “Navigator”.

  7. Step 7: Click on “Pen Tool” and put a point on one edge of the person.

  8. Step 8: Click on “Path Selection Tool”.

  9. Step 9: Click on “Move Tool”.

  10. Step 10: Drag the previous cut-out photo of the person in Photoshop onto the background picture.

  11. Step 11: Move the person where ever you want.

  12. Step 12:  Choose any of the effects you want to finish up your photo.
