Step 1: Open the file labeled CONTENTS.
If you have relabeled it you will need to label it CONTENTS again.
The Final Cut editing program needs it to be labeled:
CONTENTS. -
Step 2: Open the video file.
You will see one or more clips that you have recorded. ,,,,, Add one to the number of clips and type that number on the third line. ,,,,, ,, Drag the six files into the CONTENTS file. , Drag the CONTENTS and the LASTCLIP.TXT file into the new folder.
Label it so you know what is in it. ,, Click on it and click Import All. -
Step 3: Copy the name of the last clip

Step 4: for instance: 00034Q.MXF

Step 5: Open a text editing program on your desktop (Notepad or Textedit).

Step 6: Copy the name of the last clip into the text file

Step 7: but delete the .MXF (It will now look like: 00034Q

Step 17: In Final Cut go to File -> Import -> Panasonic P2

Step 18: Find your file you just created.
