  1. Step 1: Gather all the things you need.

    You can slide the hooks through the small slit in the rings. , Decide how long you want the strap to be and then cut to the appropriate length.

    Allow for at least 2 additional inches on each side as you will be folding the ends to secure hooks in place. , Secure with binder clips and check length before adding glue.

    Remove binder clip and apply glue to the inside of the folded area.

    Replace binder clip and allow clip to remain on the strap for a little more than an hour.

    Repeat step on the other side of the leather strap. , You may already have a set of rings from a previous camera strap, however, if you chose a different color you may want to purchase new ones. ,,
