Step 2: Open the picture with Gimp.

This will pixelize the image (and consequently, look blurred).Look at the "Pixel Width" the default is 10 but just in case remember the number. , On the window that popped-up uncheck "allow tile splitting"
change the "Tiling Primitives" to "Squares"
and move the "Tile neatness" slider to "1.00". ,(This makes the pixels and tiles the same size) ,, Print it out and use it to make a masterpiece. -
