Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Open Photoshop Elements 7.;

    Go to file
    -> open and open the image you will be pasting the tattoo onto. , Go to file
    -> open and open the image you will be using as the tattoo. ,, Give a layer name. ,, This will automatically select the image you have pasted and from there, fit the image to the part you'd like to paste it to. ,,
  2. Step 2: Open the image you are tattooing.

  3. Step 3: Open the tattoo image.

  4. Step 4: Go to select at the top of your screen and select all then copy (Ctrl C).

  5. Step 5: Go to the bottom of your screen and double click on your background image (the picture you will paste the tattoo onto).

  6. Step 6: Paste (Ctrl V) the tattoo onto the image.

  7. Step 7: Go to your grab tool and click on the arrow.

  8. Step 8: Go to the right side of the screen and where it says 'normal' click and select 'multiply'.
