Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Copy all pictures you want to resize to a new folder.

    This will be your Source Folder.
  2. Step 2: Open Microsoft Office PowerPoint.

    , In the INSERT Pull-down Menu, click PICTURE, then click NEW PHOTO ALBUM. (or if your using 2003 Edition, Press Alt-IPP) ,,, Press Ctrl-A to select all. ,,, In the "Save as type" field, change "Presentation" to JPEG File Interchange Format. ,, You will find your resized picture files in the folder named "Photo album".
  3. Step 3: Insert pictures as "New Photo Album".

  4. Step 4: Under "Insert Picture From" Click File/Disk.

  5. Step 5: Got to your Source Folder.

  6. Step 6: Select all picture files.

  7. Step 7: Click "Insert" or press Enter.

  8. Step 8: Click "Create" or press Enter.

  9. Step 9: Save your file as JPEG File Interchange Format.

  10. Step 10: Go to "My Documents"

  11. Step 11: If you did not delete the first slide nor change the file name upon saving.
