Step 1: Start by exercising a lot
Once you've succeeded, try to hold the ball for as long as possible (at least 30 sec or so). ,, Don't worry about catching the ball, that's just practice. ,,, Once you get the hang of it, you can start by tapping the ball a couple of times with your foot and try "around the world" then keep juggling the ball. -
