How to Automatically Set Your Time Zone on an iPhone
Open your iPhone's Settings., Scroll down and tap General., Scroll down and tap Date & Time., Slide the Set Automatically button to the On position.

This may also be in the "Utilities" folder on one of your home screens. -
Step 2: Scroll down and tap General.
This is in the third set of options. , This is in the fifth set of options. , The time zone on your phone will now adjust to your location automatically using GPS or WiFi.
If you are having problems adjusting the time zone automatically, you can turn Set Automatically off, then tap Time Zone to set one manually. -
Step 3: Scroll down and tap Date & Time.
