  1. Step 1: Open your iPhone's Settings.

    This is the grey icon with cogs on your home screen.

    This may also be in the "Utilities" folder on one of your home screens.
  2. Step 2: Scroll down and tap General.

    This is in the third set of options. , This is in the fifth set of options. , The time zone on your phone will now adjust to your location automatically using GPS or WiFi.

    If you are having problems adjusting the time zone automatically, you can turn Set Automatically off, then tap Time Zone to set one manually.
