Step 1: Log in into your YouTube Account.
After expanding the menu, click on "VIDEO MANAGER". , Choose the video you want to blur faces in. ,,, Un-check the option if you want to keep the original version.
Then click the "SAVE AS" button to create a blur copy of the original version of the video. , Here, you have to set the privacy of the new and old video to either private, public or unlisted. -
