How to Change VoiceOver Typing Style on an iPhone

Direct Touch Typing:
This mode is closest to how a sighted person types.
Tap a letter to make it appear.
VoiceOver will not say the letters aloud in this mode. , If you decide you don’t like your new typing style, return to your VoiceOver settings, or try using the VoiceOver rotor. -
