  1. Step 1: Open Notepad and type in (without quotes) "c:\windows\system32\shutdown -s -f -t 10".Save it as "shutdown.bat".

    You have to change the file type in the drop down box to "All Files(*.*)" so that you can s=change the file type to .bat instead.

    DO NOT FORGET THE ".bat"!
