Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Click on the account that you want to add a sub account to.

    Click on New Account... , At the very least, name it.

    It is called Honda here. ,, (You will get the same New Account screen as in the screenshot above).
  2. Step 2: Right click on the account (Fixed Assets) and look at the options.

    You will need to name it, classify it, put it under another account if necessary and mark it as a placeholder, if required.

    If this is to be a top level account, select 'New top level account' under Parent Account.
  3. Step 3: Put in the appropriate information that you need for the account.

  4. Step 4: Click OK and you are done.

  5. Step 5: Click on the New Account icon at the top of your screen.

  6. Step 6: Fill in the necessary information.
