On the right panel, click on “Control Panel.” , Click on “Hardware and Sound” in the Control Panel then click on “Devices and Printers” on the menu that appears next. , Under “Printers and Faxes,” your printer should appear.
Match the model number with the one that appears in the menu. , Right-click on the printer and click “Properties.” Under the General tab, you should see a field labeled “Location.” Take note of the numbers that appear at the right of the label.
