How to Get the SocialCast Desktop App

Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Go to the Adobe Air page and click the “Download now” button to download the Adobe Air application

   Double-click the file and follow the onscreen instructions to install the application.
   
   Note: the Socialcast desktop app runs on the Adobe Air platform.

   Step 2: if you haven’t already.

   The URL will be your community name followed by “.socialcast.com”.
   
   For example, if your community name was “ExampleWiki”, your URL would be “ExampleWiki.socialcast.com”. ,,,,

   Step 3: Go to your community in your web browser by navigating to your community URL and login using your Socialcast account email and password.

   Step 4: Click “Applications” from the upper right corner of the page to go to the Socialcast Applications page.

   Step 5: Click “Desktop App” from the list of Socialcast applications.

   Step 6: Click the “Install Now” button.

   Step 7: Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation process within the Adobe Air platform.
