How to Login to Your TreasuryDirect Account

Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Visit the TreasuryDirect homepage in your web browser.

   Most will start with a number. , It doesn't matter if you type it in with or without the hyphens.
   
   What does matter, is that the numerical (number) portion is correct. ,,, This is a one-time use verification of a secure computer.
   
   You will never need this password again, after you have entered it. ,, Don't use your keyboard.
   
   Typing letters on your keyboard
   - just won't work! Use the onscreen keyboard they provide you with alone. ,

   Step 2: Click the Login button below in the tab on the right hand side of the page titled "Account Login".

   Step 3: Click the link that explains whether your account number starts with an alphanumeric (letter) or a number.

   Step 4: Click and type into the Account Number box your account number for your account.

   Step 5: Click the "Submit" button when done entering.
