How to Make a Discord Channel Private on iPhone or iPad

   Step 1: Open Discord.

   It’s the blue or purple icon with a white game controller on your home screen.

   This opens the “Channel Settings” screen. ,, It’s in the “Roles” section.
   
   This opens the “Permission Overrides” screen. ,, You may need to scroll down to find it.
   
   The channel is now private, but you must now add the users who need access. , To get there, return to the channel and tap its name at the top of the screen.a ,, You’ll see this option at the top of the “Channel Settings” screen. , This opens that user’s “Permission Overrides” screen. ,, It’s in the “Text Permissions” section. , It’s at the top-right corner of the screen.
   
   This user can now use the channel, but the other people on the channel cannot.
   
   Repeat this process to add additional users to the private channel.
