  1. Step 1: Be sure that you have Vmware

    Open your Vmware workstation which have Ubuntu installed on it.

    From the menu choose VM
    -> Settings.

    You get a dialog with two tabs "Hardware" and "Options" choose "Options" form above.

    Click "Shared Folders" from the options.

    Choose "Always Enabled".
