How to Make Hot Corners on a Mac

Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Open "System Preferences" on your Mac.

   The drop down menus are arranged around an icon representing a computer screen.

   The drop down menu that appears at the upper left corresponds with the "Hot Corner" of the upper left of your computer screen so that when you mouse to the upper left of your screen the action you choose from the menu will be done. ,,, Put your mouse on the corner that you have changed and it should navigate to your choice(s)!

   Step 2: Choose "Desktop and Screen Saver."

   Step 3: Choose "Screen Saver."

   Step 4: Choose the button that says "Hot Corners" at the bottom left of the dialog box.

   Step 5: Select actions from the four drop down menus that appear.

   Step 6: Choose between the following available actions/destinations: These are the options available in the drop down menus: Start Screen Saver Disable Screen Saver All Windows (shows all open windows) Application Windows (shows all open application windows) Desktop Dashboard Spaces Put Display To Sleep '-' (a dash for no assigned Hot Corner)

   Step 7: Click the "OK" button when your selections are complete.
