  1. Step 1: Right click on a blank space on the desktop and click "Properties".

    Go to Appearance and set "Windows and Buttons": to "Windows XP Style"

    and Color Scheme to Silver.
  2. Step 2: Click www.vistaultimate.com/vista_wallpapers/Windows_Vista_Longhorn_Bliss_Wallpaper.jpg for the background and save the image to your hard drive.

    , Left click on Properties >> Desktop, and click Browse.

    Find where you saved the image, select "Stretch"

    and click OK.

    This will set the desktop to that picture. ,,, Search it on Google by putting "Vista Start Menu Emulator" into the search bar.

    This will require .NET Framework
    2.0.5474 or higher.
