Step 1: Scan a barcode to an item (if you haven't done so already) on the ScanLife for iPhone app.
The app will only trigger this page when you scan a barcode and not a QR or other code. -
Step 2: Double-check the item's name and type from the top of the box which lists the item it thinks you've scanned.
Sometimes the information will be the same but the product item's picture will be different. ,,,,, The readjustment could take some time to change the information.
However, if it doesn't change upon the next app update time, you'll know that the product name change was denied for some reason. -
Step 3: Tap the "Not what I scanned" button.

Step 4: Swipe slider for the line titled "Product does not match:" until the slider shows "ON".

Step 5: Tap and type the exact item you've scanned into the Comment box below.

Step 6: Tap the "Continue" button.

Step 7: Give it a few days.
