How to Restrict Podcast and News Content on an iPhone

   Step 1: Open your iPhone's Settings.

   You can do this by tapping the Settings app on one of your Home screens.
   
   It may be in a folder labeled "Utilities."

   Step 2: Scroll down and tap General.
