How to Root an Android Without a PC

Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Click on the following link to download the Framaroot .apk file to your device: www.forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1952450&d=1368232060.

   The Framaroot app is not available from Google Play Store.

   Step 2: Tap on “Menu

   ,, If you do not have a file manager app installed on your device, launch Google Play Store and download the file manager of your choice, such as ES File Explorer File Manager by ES APP Group.,, The Framaroot app will launch. ,, If your selection results in the “failed” popup message, tap on another name until you select the name that results in the “success” popup.
   
   Your phone will be successfully rooted when the “success” popup displays on-screen. ,

   Step 3: ” then tap on “Settings” after the .apk file has finished downloading.

   Step 5: ” then place a checkmark next to “Unknown sources.” If the “Unknown sources” option isn’t listed under Security

   Step 7: Open any file manager on your device and navigate to the folder in which you saved the Framaroot .apk file.

    Step 14: Press the “Power / Wake” button on your Android
