How to Show Speed Limits on Google Maps on an iPhone

   Step 1: Open the Google Maps app.

   It's the multicolored icon with a white "G"on the Home Screen.

   Step 2: Tap ☰.

   You'll find this in the top left corner of the screen. , It's in the third group of options listed here. ,, It will turn blue.
   
   Now Google Maps will notify you whenever the speed limit changes while you're driving.
   
   If you don't see this option, your Google Maps is not yet up to date.
