On a Mac, use ⌘ Cmd+⇧ Shift+3 to capture your whole computer screen.
Use ⌘ Cmd+⇧ Shift+4, press the Space bar, and then click on the Firefox window to capture just that window.
These screenshots will save right to your desktop by default.
