How to Turn Off Cellular Data for FaceTime on an iPhone

Step 2: Tap Cellular.

Cellular data is now turned off for FaceTime.
With cellular data turned off for FaceTime, you will only be able to make or receive FaceTime calls when your iPhone is connected to a wi-fi network.
If you'd like to turn off cellular data for all apps, simply tap on the slider next to "Cellular Data" at the top of the screen.
Make sure no green appears. -
