How to Turn off Emails from Google+
Go to the Google+ website., Click ☰., Click Settings., Scroll down and click the "Email" switch.

Step 1: Go to the Google+ website.
It's at https://plus.google.com/u/0/.
If you're signed into Google, doing so will open your Google+ Home page.
If you aren't signed into Google, you'll need to click Sign in in the top-right corner of the page, enter your Google account's email address and password, and click Sign in once again. -
Step 2: Click ☰.
This button is in the top-left corner of the Google+ page.
Doing so will prompt a pop-out menu.
If you see a column of options on the left side of the page, you don't need to click this button. , You'll see this option toward the bottom of the pop-out menu on the left side of the page. , This option is to the right of the "Occasional updates about Google+ activity and friend suggestions" text that's beneath the "Notifications" heading.
You should no longer receive emails from Google+.
You can also click individual options below the "Email" heading and then click their respective switches to disable them individually. -
Step 3: Click Settings.
