Step 1: Sign into YouTube.Open your web browser and sign into YouTube using your Google Account so your changes will be saved no matter where you log in.
Find the button that says “Restricted Mode:
On.” If you’re using the YouTube mobile website in a web browser on your smartphone or tablet, tap the YouTube button at the top of the screen, then tap the gear icon.
Scroll down to the setting that says “Safety Mode:
On.” ,, If you’re on the mobile site, just tap “Off.” You will now be able to view any public video on YouTube. -
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of any YouTube video page.

Step 3: Click the button that says “Restricted Mode: On.” Mobile users should tap “Safety Mode.” A menu will drop down containing a brief description of Restricted Mode (or Safety Mode) and two bubbles next to the words “On” and “Off.”

Step 4: Click the bubble next to “Off.” The dot will disappear from the “On” bubble and appear in the “Off” bubble.
