How to Use Cellular Data to Update Your Music Library on an iPhone
Open your iPhone’s Settings., Scroll down and tap iTunes and App Store., Slide the “Music” switch to the On position., Slide the “Use Cellular Data” switch to the On position.

Step 1: Open your iPhone’s Settings.

Step 2: Scroll down and tap iTunes and App Store.
You’ll only need to scroll down a screen or two. , It’s in the “Automatic Downloads” section.
The switch will turn green. , The switch will turn green.
Now your music library will remain updated even when you’re not connected to Wi-Fi.If you don’t have an unlimited data plan, using cellular data for your music library can be costly.
If anything else under “Automatic Downloads” is enabled (Apps, Books & Audiobooks, or Updates) is enabled, its content will update over cellular data.
To disable updates for one of these options, move its switch to the Off position. -
