Step 1: Create a schedule item.
For this example, it's called "On Duty." Note that the name chosen for the task isn't important, it just needs to be relevant to you. -
Step 2: Enter the date of the beginning of the next duty period in the edit window.
In this example, this will be 2/27/2014.
The end date and the start and end times aren't important at this point. ,, This will open the "Repeat" window. , In this example, this is 4 weeks plus 4 weeks, for a total of 8 weeks.
Enter "8" in the "Repeat every" dropdown selector.
Tap or click the "Done" button. , In this example, it's after 4 weeks: 3/27/2014.
Tap or click the "Save" button. , The schedule is now in place and you can rely on it to keep you informed of the upcoming date periods. -
