Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Open Microsoft Publisher.

    There will be a customize area, with a preview of your template. , If you have a color printer, click any color. ,, This is based purely on personal preference.

    Portrait would be helpful if you are putting this in a school binder to keep track of assignments. ,,, Add pictures, etc. ,, If you want different pictures each month, change the picture. , Now you will have a January and February calendar.

    Repeat this for the other months. ,

  3. Step 3: select calendars.

  4. Step 4: You will be shown many templates

  5. Step 5: so scroll through and pick your favorite one.

  6. Step 6: Select the template

  7. Step 7: then look to the right.

  8. Step 8: If you only have a black and white printer

  9. Step 9: the calendar will look best of you select the color scheme black and white.

  10. Step 10: Select a font scheme if you don't like the default fonts.

  11. Step 11: Choose landscape or portrait style calendar.

  12. Step 12: Select the time frame one month per page.

  13. Step 13: Click Create.

  14. Step 14: Edit your calendar

  15. Step 15: put the month as January.

  16. Step 16: Save the Calendar as January -- this is important!

  17. Step 17: edit the calendar month name.

  18. Step 18: Now do not hit the save button

  19. Step 19: instead

  20. Step 20: hit save as

  21. Step 21: and name this one February.

  22. Step 22: Open them all up and print!
