Step 1: Open Microsoft Publisher.
There will be a customize area, with a preview of your template. , If you have a color printer, click any color. ,, This is based purely on personal preference.
Portrait would be helpful if you are putting this in a school binder to keep track of assignments. ,,, Add pictures, etc. ,, If you want different pictures each month, change the picture. , Now you will have a January and February calendar.
Repeat this for the other months. , -
Step 2: When it opens

Step 3: select calendars.

Step 4: You will be shown many templates

Step 5: so scroll through and pick your favorite one.

Step 6: Select the template

Step 7: then look to the right.

Step 8: If you only have a black and white printer

Step 9: the calendar will look best of you select the color scheme black and white.

Step 10: Select a font scheme if you don't like the default fonts.

Step 11: Choose landscape or portrait style calendar.

Step 12: Select the time frame one month per page.

Step 13: Click Create.

Step 14: Edit your calendar

Step 15: put the month as January.

Step 16: Save the Calendar as January -- this is important!

Step 19: instead

Step 20: hit save as

Step 21: and name this one February.

Step 22: Open them all up and print!
