   Step 1: Gather your supplies

   The mixture should be readily absorbable by the pages. , Keep a heavy weight on the book and let it dry.
   
   You will need to coat the pages with this solution twice more to ensure proper fixation of the pages. , Fold the back cover so that it remains unharmed.Cut along the outline with a craft knife.
   
   The slower you cut, the smoother and finer will be your protection jacket. , Hold the open book upside down and slightly tap it to remove away paper dust. , Allow it to dry and then apply glue solution to the inner edges of the jacket.
