   Step 1: Login to the website for your local timebank.

   Be sure to include the date, time and location of the service you want, the estimated amount of time for the exchange (if you don't know, you can ask the timebanker after they contact you), how you plan to provide or reimburse the person for any materials needed (the receiving member is responsible for paying for or providing any necessary parts, supplies or ingredients), and the tools required for completing the service and whether you can provide them. , Do this even if you don't plan to have an exchange with them.
