Step 1: Spray two loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray.
Do not stir but let stand while preparing the other ingredients. ,,, By now you will notice the yeast has begun to look foamy and smell yeasty.
This is good as you will know the yeast is happy and going to work getting ready to cause your bread to rise.
If the yeast doesn't look foamy, or smell yeasty, start over by adding water to the large measuring cup and lightly sprinkling the yeast on top.
This shouldn't be the case, but in order for bread to bake, the yeast must be activated.
Repeat the process and wait for the mixture to look foamy. , Add the 3 cups hot water and corn oil.
Stir well.
